Engagements, not estimates

Anything on this website that resembles pricing or timelines — including the Scope & Sprint Estimator — is indicative only. Every engagement is confirmed in a written proposal with scope, timeline, and terms before any work begins. No contract exists until that proposal is agreed.

Intellectual property

Website content, copy, and design are the property of Inov8ing unless stated otherwise. Client work remains the client's brand; Inov8ing may reference completed work in its portfolio unless an NDA says otherwise.

Work samples

Case studies marked as representative samples describe typical engagement patterns, not specific client outcomes. Measured outcomes are published only when verifiable and permitted.

Liability

This website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Inov8ing is not liable for losses arising from reliance on website content before a written agreement exists. Specific liability terms are agreed per engagement in the proposal.
